Accounts:

Activity Matters Physiotherapy Services is a mixed bulk & private billing practice and fees are payable at the time of your consultation. We accept EFTPOS, Mastercard, and Visa. Alternatively, we can accept credit card payments over the phone.

Please be mindful that the Medicare EPC plan will not cover the full amount of your consult.

Non-Attendance:

An appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you fail to give 24 hours notice, or do not arrive for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a non-attendance fee.
